Nonwoven Fabrics

Technologies

We utilize a variety of technologies to manufacture Nonwoven Fabrics tailored to the specific requirements of each application, resulting in products with distinctive properties.

Hot air

Nonwoven fabrics are produced by using the hot air on the drying equipment to penetrate the fiber web after the fibers are carded and heat them to bond them.

Spunmelt

Nonwoven fabrics are created by extruding one or multiple polymers (like PP, PE, or PLA) into filaments, which are then fused together into a web via a thermal process.

Spunlaced

Nonwoven fabrics spray high-pressure fine water onto one or more layers of fiber webs to entangle the fibers with each other, thereby strengthening the fiber webs.

Biodegradable

Nonwoven fabrics are a material that breaks down naturally over time into harmless substances, unlike traditional nonwovens that can persist in the environment.
